Product Description
Model 48 Open Faced machine features rugged construction, and is equipped with a 48 inch (1219 mm) diameter cast iron lap plate. The lap plate is made up of individual segments bolted to a cast iron support plate. It comes with optional guard, pneumatic lift, 3 or 4 rings.
- Heavy duty floor standing base with integrally mounted drive motor, reduction gearbox and abrasive distribution system
- Heavy duty work table, vertically adjustable
- Three/ four conditioning rings, with adjustable, sealed roller bearing yoke assemblies to maintain lap flatness
- Electrical system wired for various voltages
- High torque drive unit with 10hp/7.5 kW (pneumatic lift version: 14.75hp/ 11 kW) motor and gear reduce
