COMPOSITION
The metal frame holds a flush metal door tray hinged via fully adjustable concealed hinges. The door is held closed with a push catch or concealed budget lock which opens towards the user.
Doors are removable if damage occurs or during installation.

FRAME
1.2mm thick, electro-galvanised mild steel incorporating a dry wall edge bead profile (BF) or a picture frame edge for retro fit.
Manufactured (UK factory) to specified overall frame size
Powder coat finished in white primer unless special application paint or finish specified at time of order
Frame fitted with a full rubber gasket seal
Constant gap maintained between the door and frame by the 'dome location' system.
DOOR
0.9mm thick, electro-galvanised mild steel flush faced tray.

Door tray fitted with concealed, fully adjustable hinges
Doors opens towards the user
Removeable door during installation or if damage occurs

FRAME EDGE
Options include;
Beaded frame (BF)
The beaded frame edge profile is suitable for ceilings where the panel is being installed prior to any tape and jointing or skim-coat plastering.
Picture frame (PF)
The picture frame edge profile is suitable for retro-fit to ceilings where the panel is being installed after finishing work is complete. The panel is factory finished fully powder coated in white matt RAL 9010 for finishing on site.
Picture frame (PF) type is available with a modified frame for installation into 60mm sandwich panel demountable structure.
