Product Description

The SPU.6-L is a sophisticated intelligent universal sensor which combines high performance presence detection, light level sensing and infra-red control into one compact unit.

The sensor can either plug into an LCM’s DALI line or E-Bus from which both power and communication are achieved. The sensor automatically identifies itself on either bus and continuously reports its status and current readings.

SPECS Manager software can uniquely address each sensor and configure each control element to different lighting groups as required. Photocell readings and presence detection history may be dynamically displayed for all sensors connected to the system.

Installation:

The unit is designed and best suited to fit within the body of any low profile luminaire. The most common being an extruded linear LED luminaire. To facilitate different luminaire manufacturers’ construction techniques there are several mounting options built into the moulding. The back of the unit has been kept clear to enable the luminaire manufacturer to supply a spring clip for simple fixing, which can be arranged to hold the unit against the front face of the luminaire allowing the lens to protrude through a pre-cut 25mm diameter hole.
