The VTS200D Silent Oil-Free Compressor is designed for applications where clean, dry, and ultra-quiet air is essential. Ideal for laboratories, food and beverage production, dental and medical environments, and other precision industries, this advanced system ensures reliable, contaminant-free air with minimal noise disruption.
At the heart of its performance is our innovative desiccant dryer unit, engineered to deliver “desert dry” air. The multi-row, fan-assisted aftercooler efficiently lowers air temperature, while a centrifugal filter captures and removes water before the air enters the dryer, reducing the dew point to as low as -40°C for optimal dryness.
The air outlet and drain points are positioned at the front of the machine for quick and easy access. Additionally, a built-in condensate collection bottle automatically collects purged water from the centrifugal filter, making maintenance even easier.
The custom-engineered enclosure provides exceptional noise reduction, allowing the VTS200D to be positioned close to users without causing disruption, perfect for noise-sensitive environments.
