AS our business here at Easy-Trim Roofing & Construction Products Ltd expands, so have our offices. What was once several small offices and corridors, is now an open plan design with glass viewing panes overlooking our state-of-the-art production facilities. After almost a 12 month period of renovations, we are delighted to be finally welcoming our office-based team back under one roof. The last year has been incredibly strange for many of us, from relocating to temporary offices and having some staff working entirely from home, we couldn’t wait to have all the team to be all back together. The refurbishment opens the door to an agile working environment and has given us the chance to reconfigure and accommodate new technologies and a more diverse work setting.
The newly refurbished offices in Altham, Lancashire have been upgraded from head to toe. This includes a ‘break-out pod, which is proving to be a popular area to hold informal meetings and brainstorming sessions. Alongside this, we have a lounge area which we see as a vital place for staff to get away from the desk and have a rest from the working environment when necessary. As well as this, a luxury kitchen and toilet facilities have been fitted, making an incredible all-round work environment. To celebrate the opening, we held a gathering accompanied by cupcakes and refreshments!
