We would like to welcome new members to Made in Britain membership. Below we look at who they are, what they do and how they intend to use the Made in Britain Mark.
First up to join the Building & Construction sector this week is Lumii Design Company Ltd. They manufacture acoustic lighting, acoustic absorbers, acoustic wall paneling, and acoustic ceiling treatments. They intend to use the Made in Britain mark on their products, packaging, care labels, vehicle livery, factory, exhibitions, brochures, digital communications, social media, and website.
Next to join the Building & Construction sector is Staircraft Group Ltd, which manufactures stairs, doors, floors, joists, and moulding across four manufacturing plants in the West Midlands, UK. They will be using the Made in Britain mark across their products, packaging, supply chain, premises, factory, warehouse, exhibitions, brochure, technical guide, digital communications, social media, and website.
Last to join the Building & Construction sector is Smartlouvre Technology Ltd. Based in Havant, Hampshire, they own the only three weaving looms in the world that weave raw copper wire into fabric, using over 90% recycled scrap material. They plan to use the Made in Britain mark on their products, packaging, supply chain, exhibitions, brochure, technical guide, social media, and website.
The Engineering sector sees PC Henderson Ltd joining this week. They manufacture sliding and folding door hardware products made from their premises in Durham. They will feature the Made in Britain Mark on packaging, care labels, exhibitions, brochure, technical guide, digital communications, social media, and website.
Also joining the Engineering sector is Contour Precision Ltd. They produce and supply precision-engineered tools, parts, and plastic injection moulds from their 2,500 sq ft unit in Aylesbury. They will use the Made in Britain mark across their supply chain, factory, brochure, digital communications, social media, and website.
The Engineering sector also welcomes SMC Ltd. They manufacture masts, antennas, transformers, baluns, couplers, and combiners. They plan to use the Made in Britain Mark across their products, packaging, care labels, supply chain, vehicle livery, premises, factory, warehouse, exhibitions, brochure, technical guide, digital communications, social media, and website.
Posh Totty Designs joins the Clothing & Accessories sector. Celebrating their 20th year with shops in London and Brighton, they design and handmake Sterling Silver and 9ct Gold jewellery in their Brighton workshop. They will display the Made in Britain Mark on their packaging, premises, exhibitions, brochure, digital communications, social media, and website.
The Defence sector welcomes Ultimat Defence Limited, who manufacture defence training products. They plan to use the Made in Britain Mark on their products, packaging, care labels, supply chain, premises, factory, warehouse, exhibitions, brochure, technical guide, digital communications, social media, and website.
Ramps for Access, who manufacture modular ramping systems and mobility aid products, will be joining the Home & Living sector. They intend to use the Made in Britain Mark on their products, packaging, care labels, premises, exhibitions, brochure, technical guide, digital communications, social media, and website.
Entering the Electronics sector is Cable Assembly Innovations Ltd, who manufacture cable and wiring harnesses. They will utilise the Made in Britain Mark across their products, packaging, brochure, digital communications, and website.
The final member joining is Stanton Novelty Confectioners LTD. Joining the Food & Beverage sector, they make traditional seaside confectionery such as sticks of rock, sugar dummies, humbugs, lollies, and more. They will incorporate the Made in Britain Mark on their packaging, digital communications, social media, and website.
