Product Description
- This model of commercial lift-mounted jacking beam is available in a 13 Tonne capacity.
- 250mm lifting stroke
- Fast acting air pump
- Our commercial jacking beams are manufactured to suit individual lift widths and specifications. *Please note – Price may vary depending on the results of a Survey form as these jacks are made to specification depending on the manufacturer specification of the lift*
- Air over oil hydraulic design allows for increased performance and longevity of cylinder lifespan.
- Cylinders can be operated independently and transversely sliding rams for accurate positioning.
- Triple layer of safety features – Safety Lowering Valves, anti-burst valves & ram lock-off handles.
- Each jack comes with; 2x 200mm Extensions, 2x Vee Head Adapters & 2x Dish Head Pansies.
- Covered by a 5 year warranty.
Capacity
- 13 Tonne lift (double rams) 6.5 Tonne per ram
Beam
- Covering lift widths from 750mm - 1200 mm. (We can make outside of these dimensions so please get in touch).
Wheels
- Spring loaded wheels which retract when the jack is under load so locking its position
Power Pack
- A high output air pump produces the high output flow to the cylinders raising the rams quickly to the load. The design offers air over oil hydraulic power for advance and retract of the cylinders. Control is by a single air valve. Up for advance and power lift and down for retract.
Rams
- The two double acting hydraulic cylinders have a 400 mm stroke. Top quality chrome plated rods are used as well as the latest seal technology to ensure a long and trouble free life. Each cylinder is fitted with safety hose burst valve and a 90 degrees movement isolation valve for easy visual confirmation of its position.
Warranty
- 5 Year warranty (T&Cs Apply).
- All jacks designed and manufactured in accordance with Machinery Directive 98/37/EC and engineering standard: BS EN 1494:2001 (Materials handling equipment), complies with EC requirements and LOLER lifting regulations. Each unit is fully tested, marked with serial number and supplied with a test certificate.
