Product Description
The Non Conformance modules incorporate both Supplier Non Conformance (SNC) and Works Non Conformance (WNC). SNC works with Goods Received to manage issues relating to goods supplied to you. WNC works with Works Orders to manage issues relating to components or assemblies you are manufacturing.
Detailed descriptions of the issue, recommended action, preventative action, corrective action and final action taken are recorded and non conformances can then be categorised to monitor trends and provide focus for ongoing continual improvement.
