Product Description
To complement PressMate Dampening Units, MGE offer a range of additive dosing systems, providing accurate and reliable chemical dosing for both alcohol free and conventional printing.
The Auxiliary Tank and MX-1 doser are available for our smaller PressMate CS105 and CS210 Circulators. They can be factory fitted or installed as an upgrade on existing dampening units.
The Auxiliary Tank provides:
* 20 litre tank
* Manually filled with premixed solution
* Simple, cost effective dosing solution
* Simple, shelf mounted installation
The MX-1 (Batch Doser) provides:
* Automatic additive doser 0-6%
* Enables autofilling of dampening unit
* Suitable for dosing all major fount solutions
* Simple fount percentage adjustment
The MX-2, MX-3 and MX-4 dosers are available for our larger PressMate Circulators (2kW and upwards) and can also be factory fitted or installed as an upgrade.
Doser MX-2:
* Automatic additive doser 1-5%
* Continuous flow of 10 to 40 l/min
* Can be wall mounted \ used for multi-dampening unit dosing
* Removable outer cover giving full access for service
* Separate tap feed for sampling fount solution
* Inlet water filter
* Simple set-up and operation
Doser MX-3: - Same specifications as the MX-2 except:
* Automatic additive doser 3-10%
* Suitable for dosing alcohol substitute for alcohol free printing
Doser MX-4: - Same specifications as the MX-2 except:
* Automatic additive doser 5-20%
* Suitable for dosing alcohol subsitute for alcohol free printing
