Our handmade blend of Lavender and Ylang Ylang essential oils has a calming scent. Lavender is renowned for its ability to relax and promote restful sleep, reduce stress and anxiety. Combined with exotic and floral notes of Ylang Ylang it is well placed for feelings of wellbeing. Its calming properties have demonstrable effects, helping to lower blood pressure and breathing rates, in turn reducing feelings of anxiety.
