Serrated rectangular-sectioned Compression Staple
Ceramic-bead peened to stress-relieve and prevent recoil, post distraction. These can be used in mid-foot indications. For details of IA and leg lengths, please refer to MD161. Pre-drill with the 2.2mm pilot drill and adjustable drill jig provided in the instrument set.
Serrated square-sectioned Akin Staple
Sized at 1 x 1 x 9mm, used mainly for forefoot indications where you pre drill with the Ø1.5mm K-wire and dedicated drill jig provided in the instrument set.
