The BAC Silage Fork , Muck Forks, Folding Forks and Muck Grabs range starts at a width of four feet and goes up to eight feet. If you want a muck / manure fork of a different size we can easily design and manufacture a unit to your specific needs. Fork frames are built with strength in mind from a box section construction to take the tine style you require. Popular tine styles include the Kvernaland style tapered tine or Conus 2 bush. Some users prefer fixed welded in place hard wearing, Hardox style tines.
There are a wide number of options that can be considered with both the Muck Forks, Silage forks and muck grabs. The middle section can be plated to protect the machines head stock. Where heavy usage is planned or the equipment will operate in extreme / harsh environments the whole fork back can be plated. If you are looking for improved visibility then visibility slots can be cut out. For that completely personalised approach your company name can be cut out or fabricated onto the frame.
BA Caulkett Folding Forks with their hydraulic capability provide a reduced closed width of approximately 8′ making them perfect for safe road transportation. The forks width can be designed to provide maximum productivity in the clamp.
