To complement our range of conveyor systems and food processing equipment, we manufacture a range of stainless steel platforms and access walkways.

We design various types of stainless steel walkways and platforms and access plants to complement our conveyor systems ( or other suppliers pre existing conveyor systems). Our in house design team design bespoke stainless steel platforms and walkways for your business. These provide a great solution to giving you access to parts of your system without compromising the operational efficiency of your site.

Our skilled in house design office team with CAD  systems have the capability to design everything from simple walkways, stairs, and maintenance platforms through to high-care mezzanine platforms for a mounting process plant. All platforms are designed and manufactured to meet EN 1090 standards. We are SafeContractor, Constructionline and Builders profile accredited. As a business we take safety and quality as a priority.

Platforms are produced in-house where we are able to manufacture in stainless steel, steel , aluminum or what ever material will be most suitable.
 
Stainless Steel Walkways, Stairways, and Process Plant Mounting
Our range of platforms and walkways are expertly designed using the latest CAD systems, with structural calculations completed in-line with EN 1090 regulations. This way you know you will get a platform that is accurate for your structure. Our range of high-care platforms are fully welded and incorporate a full seam-welded chequer plate flooring.

We supply steelwork for the mounting process plant and equipment as well as walkways and maintenance platforms, . In most cases we manufacture and fully assemble the platforms within our facility to allow full Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT ) tests to be carried out by the customer.
