Cove range 4-ply and chunky yarn manufactured by Blacker Yarns and The Natural Fibre Company
COVE is a special limited-edition birthday yarn, which celebrates the Cornish landscape. We have chosen Cove for the yarn name as it’s more likely to be understood amongst our worldwide customers. There are 7 shades within the colour palette, and they are named after features of the typical Cornish seaside, we have also embraced the Cornish language within the shade names. The yarn itself is available in 4-ply and chunky and is made from a blend of sheep breeds that we have chosen for softness, light natural colour and some bulk. The yarn composition is around 7 per cent English Merino, 36 per cent each of Norfolk Horn, and Shetland, with the balance made up with the favourite Blue-faced Leicester. Of these, the Norfolk Horn is a bit more robust to give strength to the blend, while the Shetland and Merino provide softness and bulk and the Blue-faced Leicester also adds lustre and softness, as well as slimming the yarn down a bit and adding to the drape.

Hand stretch tray wrapper manufactured by Mantle Packaging Machinery Ltd
These simple to use hand stretch wrap machines incorporate two support rollers for the stretch film to be used and a stainless steel support bridge that allows the film to pass under the product to be wrapped. The electric console features a constantly heated, low voltage cutting wire to cut the film before sealing the bottom of the tray on the stainless steel hot plate. The hotplate features adjustable temperature settings.

Manufactured from super soft 100% polyamide fabric, these base layer tops utilise body mapping technology to construct innovative seamless body forms, enabling features such as stretch rib zones for support and waffle zones for enhanced heat retention and greater perspiration control.
The only seams present on these base layer thermal tops are on the sleeves and the shoulders where they incorporate other design features. The set-in sleeves provide a much more tailored fit in the armpits, maximising insulation and moisture transportation (wicking), whilst the seam on the sleeve length allows the addition of a thumb hole near the cuff. This allows the wearer to place further layers on top of the base layer without the sleeves riding up, and can also protect the palm of the hand from cold weather. The round neck has been designed so that it stretches when placed over your head and its low profile also means it is not prominent when worn under clothing. The Big Red 45 Gallon BBQ drum is the original Great British made steel upright BBQ.
Handmade by BBQ experts in Cheshire the drum is constructed of a brand new original mild steel 45-gallon drum. It is then taken for a serious high heat coating which makes a gorgeous 360 internal and external glossy red coverage including a snug-fitting lid to cover your BBQ when not in use. The lid has a very sturdy handle which can also clip to the drum when not in use.
The cooking basket and grill are laser cut and hand-finished by a small family-owned expert engineering team just across the border in Wrexham. Created from a milled thick gauge steel and a carbon steel combination the coal basket is removable and holds the ideal temperature for charcoal with plenty of ventilation to keep cooking temperatures even for a long time.
The carbon steel grill plate is designed to hold the correct temperature to cook your food to perfection, with minimal flare-ups compared to conventional wire grills. The 58 cm diameter cooking area provides enough space to cook for just yourself or a small party. Laser-cut into the grill is the iconic 45 logo as well as the addition of 2 small keyholes so your grill can be removed safely with the supplied key tool, to tend to your coals. The height of the grill can be adjusted to two of the most optimum cooking heights and the grill will sit safely and steady on the hand-welded adjusters. Two large and rugged handle keys are provided with each 45 BBQ to safely adjust the height and to replace and remove the grill plate.
